Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping nationwide. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States. We use trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for shipping.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking number. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or help resolve the issue.

KicksBox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the provided address.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. KicksBox is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before shipping.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control, such as weather disruptions, high demand, or other unforeseen circumstances.
