Return Policy

At KicksBox, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. 

Shoe display boxes should be in original, undamaged condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized products.

Items marked as "final sale" or discounted in a clearance section.

Return Process:

Please contact us at shay@kicksboxx.com to initiate a return.

Depending on your location, you will receive exact instructions on how to handle the return. Usually, you will be provided with a return label so you can drop off the package at the nearest USPS or UPS office, or we will send a carrier to pick it up. 

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 15-20 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us for further instructions.

Shipping Costs:


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost.
